Kathleen was born and raised in the city of Toronto and currently resides in the west end neighbourhood of Trinity Bellwoods. She has lived in many different areas of the City over the years including Moore Park, Bay Street and the Danforth. With over eight years of Real Estate experience as well as a background in Interior Design and Construction Management, Kathleen is able to bring an important personal perspective to her clients.

First time Buyers are a particular favourite of Kathleen’s. She love taking the time to educate her clients and patiently walk them though all aspects of the Buying process. One of Kathleen’s favourite aspects of working with Buyers is helping her clients find a home that best suits their needs, as well as identifying the true potential and possible draw backs of each home.

Kathleen is passionate about working with Sellers in all aspects of preparing their property for Sale. From recommending home improvements that add value, right up to staging your property in order to ensure it presents as well as possible.
